This quantity, initially released as a distinct factor of bounrary 2, makes a speciality of the method of assembling and dismantling the yankee nationwide narrative(s), sketching its inception and demolition. The members learn numerous cultural, political, and ancient sources--colonial literature, mass hobbies, epidemics of ailment, mass spectacle, transnational enterprises, super-weapons, renowned magazines, literary texts--out of which this narrative was once built, and suggest assorted understandings of nationality and identification following in its wake.
